Arctic Cooling Copper Lite Socket A

Main Features

Low Weight
With 300g is the Copper Lite still within the AMD specifications and therefore one of the lightest low noise coolers.
This lowers the risk to damage the DIE significantly.

High Cooling Performance
A 10mm high Cu Core transfers the heat from the CPU to the Aluminium heatsink most efficient.
A 78 x 80 mm heatsink with 30 fins offers highest surface area.

Extremely Quiet
The patented "reversed- hanging" fan is able to practically eliminate the typical buzzing sound of 80mm fans.
Patent No 203 07 981 U1 (Germany)
Patent No 10/834 232 (USA)

Fan Mounting
The Fan has been mounted onto 4 Rubber supports to stop vibrations being transmitted to the heat sink.

Best Performance / Noise Ratio
The Copper Lite offers the best Performance / Noise ratio of its weight class.

6 Years Warranty
The ARCTIC Ceramic bearing offers an outstanding service life of 137'000h (L10@40°C) resp. an MTBF@70°C of 163'000h.

Clip
An especially developed clip offers a more accurate point of pressure, is very easy to fasten by a screw and can't fall off during transport due to its construction.

Application:
all AMD Duron
all AMD Sempron
all AMD Athlon XP

Relevant Height
The relevant height for the air flow, measures the height of which air can be drawn in. A fan mounted above this height, will not influence the airflow negatively. Therefore for accurate results when the total height of a standard fan is compared with a reversed mounted fan, the relevant height for airflow must be used.

Noise Level
The noise level is measured in Sone (loudness) instead of dB (sound intensity).
The loudness depends upon ears response curves and tells you exactly, how bothering a certain noise is.

Thermal Compound
We ship our coolers with the ARCTIC MX-1 thermal compound. This compound hardens during the first 200h while the performance improves steadily. With heating up the paste / heatsink the process can be shortened. The performance is even from the beginning good enough to cool your CPU reliable.
